Honey’s Kimchi continues the legacy of KIMCHI that started in 1973.


Erlinda “Manang Nene” Pedrina, was among the ranks who rose to become one of the partners of KIMCHI fastfood in the 80s. Her dedication and hardwork paid off when she was awarded the Shangri-La branch in early 2000’s upon retirement. Her vast experience in the business enabled her to grow the branch and expand to five (5) outlets and counting, through franchising.


Its mission is to happily serve KIMCHI’s crave-worthy dishes, especially its never-changing, fall-off-the-bone Beef Stew to its customers daily.
